This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created position as a Clinical Lead for the Health Information and Advice Service (HIAS). You will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and expertise input across all channels of HIAS, including telephone and video services.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • ">
  • Providing clinical oversight and expertise input across all channels of HIAS">
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of services">
  • Providing consistent and timely information to stakeholders">
  • Ensuring effective and efficient procedures and processes are in place for clinically safe services">
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective processes for overseeing, evaluating, reviewing and improving the services">

Requirements for this role include:

">
  • ">
  • A health professional background with current AHPRA registration">
  • Extensive clinical practice experience, including primary care, secondary care, and population health">
  • Demonstrated experience in telehealth service delivery">
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant role">
  • An excellent understanding of quality and safety and clinical governance, specifically as it relates to telehealth">
  • Practical experience leading and managing clinical responsibility, including reporting against clinical governance protocols">
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels">
  • Highly effective time management skills">
  • A team player who is capable of sharing information and leveraging each other's strengths and expertise to drive optimal outcomes">
