Job Title: Volunteer Manager

We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee our volunteer program. The successful candidate will have strong team leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire their team to deliver high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership, preferably in a volunteer or aged care environment. They will also have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building abilities.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Volunteer Coordinators and Lifestyle Teams to provide exceptional volunteer services. They will ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures, and recruit new team members within approved headcount. Regular coaching and feedback will be provided to all employees, and a learning environment will be fostered with opportunities for development.

The successful candidate will have a strong motivation to make a difference in the lives of others and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be based anywhere in Sydney, with regular travel required.
