Senior Commercial Lawyer – Career Development Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work as a commercial lawyer in a dynamic environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including procurement, services, construction, and technology agreements;
- Support the business on complex commercial transactions and projects;
- Advise on contract risk, obligations and structuring across operational functions;
- Manage contract disputes and collaborate with external counsel where necessary;
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and corporate governance processes;
- Maintain and improve internal templates, policies, and legal resources.
Requirements:
- Ambitious and experienced solicitor with 4–7 years PQE in commercial law;
- Experience in contract negotiation and transactional work, ideally with experience in construction, infrastructure, or technology contracts;
- In-house experience is beneficial but not essential;
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work closely with non-legal stakeholders;
- Proactive, solution-focused and confident managing competing priorities.
