Halcyon Knights is in search of an experienced Project Manager (Civil/Property) to join a prominent state government initiative. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in a significant relocation project that will benefit the community.

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including government representatives, contractors, and community members, to achieve project goals.
  • Direct and oversee civil projects from the initial phase through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Manage the financial components of projects, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, implementing strategies to address them effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the civil or property sector, ideally within a government context.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and regulations.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in risk management and problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
