Job Summary:

This role is focused on ensuring the integrity and operability of assets through effective CMMS system management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and quality-assuring the CMMS system by accurately processing change requests and inputs from across the organization.

This involves implementing rigorous HSSE and operational processes to preserve asset safety, security, and operability.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing CMMS System Data: Make changes to the CMMS system data based on approved change requests and other inputs.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Provide support to teams in understanding their responsibilities and ensuring data quality standards are met.
  • Bulk Data Uploads: Prepare bulk data upload files and scrutinize the loaded data for accuracy and correction.
  • Change Request Analysis: Analyze change requests to ensure all aspects of the change are appropriately actioned within the CMMS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CMMS Systems Experience: Proven experience with CMMS systems data management.
  • Maintenance Planning: Maintenance planning experience is advantageous.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering: Mechanical or electrical engineering experience is desirable.
  • Document Control: Experience working with document control systems, maintenance systems, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SQL Developer, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and data loading/manipulation techniques.
