Asset Integrity Expert

As an Asset Integrity Expert with a renowned organisation, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation. You will be part of a high-performing team of integrity and maintenance professionals executing jobs of varying sizes and complexity.

You will provide crucial advice on Asset Integrity & Maintenance from both strategic and front-line perspectives. This includes Risk Based Inspection Assessments, Anomaly Assessments and Analysis, Defect Assessment, Fitness for Service Calculations and Modelling, Failure Investigations, Developing maintenance and asset integrity programmes and plans, and Asset Integrity Management Systems benchmarking and audits.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Material or Corrosion Engineering, between 5 and 10 years work experience preferably within an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environment, familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management System interfaces such as SAP and workflow, understanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipment, and exposure to risk management and process safety concepts.

Key Skills:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Material or Corrosion Engineering
  • Between 5 and 10 years work experience preferably within an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environment
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management System interface such as SAP and workflow
  • Understanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipment
  • An understanding of computerised integrity management software / databases
  • Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts
