Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique chance for an experienced leader to support the Restaurant Manager in driving success and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in day-to-day operations, including team leadership, roster management, stock control, and guest feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead your team on shift, ensuring smooth operations, energy, and pace throughout service
  • Ensure Food Quality, Guest Service, Cleanliness, and Safety Standards are met
  • Manage cash handling, team breaks, restocking, and on-shift troubleshooting
  • Set the tone for the shift, coach team members, and lead by example
  • Work closely with management to deliver a consistent, positive guest experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' QSR or hospitality experience preferred
  • Confident, hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Great communicators who stay calm under pressure and lead by example
  • A Passion for Guest Service, Food Quality, and Keeping Standards High
  • A strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and positive energy
