Property Asset Procurement Specialist

This is a hands-on, full-time in-office role where you will manage the entire property acquisition lifecycle - from sourcing stock to managing builder and developer partnerships. You will personally drive acquisitions and execute deals, ensuring our internal sales teams have access to high-quality, investment-ready stock.
Responsibilities- Own the new property stock acquisition strategy for your market
- Maintain a live stock pipeline to manage future supply
- Build and manage relationships directly with builders and developers
- Attend briefings, negotiate terms, and secure new stock allocations
- Resolve deal-level issues, including settlement delays and documentation gaps
- Maintain accurate property data in internal systems
- Support sales teams by providing complete, accurate property listings
- 5+ years' experience in builder BDM, property acquisition, or residential project sales
- Proven ability to manage builder and developer relationships end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of off-the-plan, house and land, and investment property
- High attention to detail in documentation and contracts
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Comfortable working independently without a team to delegate to
- Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Full-Time | 5 Days In-Office)
- End-to-end ownership of property acquisition and builder partnerships
- Clear, measurable KPIs and deliverables
- High exposure to senior leadership and operations
- Opportunity for growth into senior acquisition leadership
