We are seeking an innovative Training Communication Expert to craft and implement captivating communication strategies that enhance our training initiatives and ensure uniform messaging across all channels, including social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging digital training resources that clarify intricate information.
  • Execute communication strategies to promote training efforts and uphold clear, consistent messaging.
  • Oversee social media initiatives that support training programs and connect with our audience.
  • Collaborate with trainers to deliver clear and concise materials for all training sessions.
  • Ensure all communications comply with financial services regulations.
  • Evaluate and enhance communication strategies based on participant feedback.

Qualifications

  • Background in the travel and insurance sectors, with an emphasis on communication and training.
  • Skilled in producing visually appealing content using PowerPoint and other design software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in formulating communication strategies.
  • Experience managing social media platforms with engaging content.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A dynamic, enthusiastic individual who brings creativity and clarity to communication.
  • Certification in communication, instructional design, or a related discipline is advantageous.
