Compensation and Benefits Lead

The Compensation and Benefits Lead is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for compensation, incentive schemes, and benefits programs across all business lines.

This role will oversee market intelligence activities, including submission of salary surveys, compensation benchmarking, and analysis of data to inform KBR Australia's job pricing database.

Key responsibilities include designing project-specific performance and retention incentive plans, supporting global initiatives, and providing guidance on enhancing the company's compensation and benefits offering.

Additionally, this position will ensure compliance with local legislative requirements, participate in various project work and testing, and provide input into bids and proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a specialized compensation and benefits role
  • Prior experience with salary surveys and benchmarking
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Australian Citizen with ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, HR or similar (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Workday (compensation) (desirable)
