Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary

As a Merchandising Specialist with Strikeforce AMC, you will play a key role in promoting and merchandising non-alcoholic drink brands in leading supermarkets and retail stores. This is a dynamic and physically demanding role that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain eye-catching displays and point-of-sale materials to drive sales and increase brand visibility
• Ensure all products are properly stocked, faced, and rotated to meet customer needs and maximize sales
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff to promote our brands and products
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions

Requirements

• Australian Drivers License with a reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
• The right to work in Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store staff and management
• High level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work extra hours during peak periods and meet deadlines
