About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Strikeforce. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for merchandising and displaying our non-alcoholic beverage products in retail stores across the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain eye-catching displays and point-of-sale materials in retail stores
  • Frequently lift and move heavy products (up to 16kgs) to stock shelves and fridges
  • Ensure all products are properly stocked, faced, and rotated to meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff and management
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising goals
Requirements
  • Australian Driver's License with a reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work extra hours during peak periods
