
Talent Acquisition Strategist

This is a strategic and high-impact role that plays a pivotal part in optimizing a company's workforce performance and productivity.
Staffing: Ensure effective forecasting and scheduling of staffing needs to meet business requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Track labor time and generate reports on productivity and performance to drive informed decision-making.
Resource Allocation: Dynamically reassign employees and assets to address issues such as sick calls or equipment breakdowns.
Compliance Tracking: Maintain strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Provide timely updates on efficiency to senior leadership.
Must be based in the US or Australia.
Must possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Experience in human resources, service provision, or production.
Familiarity with WFM and timekeeping programs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Critical thinking and collaboration skills.
