Party Host Job Description

As a Party Host, you will be responsible for creating memorable and enjoyable birthday party experiences for children. Your role will involve leading parties with minimal supervision, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have prior experience in hosting children's parties. Additionally, they will have the ability to demonstrate initiative, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and engaging birthday parties for children
  • Lead parties without direct supervision, demonstrating initiative and independence
  • Maintain a high level of safety and professionalism at all times
  • Provide support to the wider team as required
Requirements:
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • Prior experience in hosting children's parties (highly regarded)
  • Passion for working with children aged 12 and under
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
