Key Accountabilities
  • Financial Accountability: Oversee budgets, manage costs, and optimize occupancy rates.
  • Resident Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and university partners.
  • Site Maintenance: Ensure properties meet high standards of cleanliness, security, and maintenance.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve business objectives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, student accommodation, or a similar field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • A valid and current Agent's Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
