**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting our company values through excellent service
  • Determine customer needs and suggest relevant products by listening and sharing product knowledge acquired during brand training
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met
  • Adhere to the DECIEM experience and deliver unparalleled customer service, educating customers about beauty and skincare, our brands, and products
  • Manage customer feedback and queries
  • Operate POS and complete transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, and professional team environment
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns
  • Perform operational duties such as cash handling, restocking, replenishing products

  • Ability to multi-task while providing professional and outstanding customer service
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
