Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Are you a skilled professional with experience in implementing and managing authentication protocols, as well as deploying and managing Windows Servers? We have an exciting contracting opportunity for you to join our team.

As the IT Infrastructure Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and managing authentication protocols, such as SSO and MFA, to enhance security and user experience using M365 and OKTA.
  • Deploying and managing Windows Servers utilizing VMWare and Azure Arc technologies.
  • Maintaining DellEMC Fibre Channel SAN and VMware Metro Cluster, including patching and support.
  • Maintaining vCenter 7 environment, including hosts and vRealize Operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft enterprise software, Office 365, and managing Azure cloud services.
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware infrastructure, storage area networks, virtualization management, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience as an administrator for Office 365 or Azure.

Due to Federal Government requirements, all applicants must be Australian citizens and currently hold a Baseline security clearance (desirable) or have the ability to obtain.
