Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and creative role that requires a high level of marketing and event management skills. The successful candidate will conceptualise and coordinate themed events, collaborate with the marketing team to drive attendance, and manage on-the-ground logistics during events to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for attendees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Manage end-to-end operations on event day, including coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring timely execution of all event elements.
  • Conceptualisation and Coordination: Conceptualise and coordinate themed nights, special events, and promotions to enhance the overall experience, working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies to drive attendance and increase brand visibility.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, DJs, and performers to secure engaging entertainment for our events.
  • Logistics Management: Manage on-the-ground logistics during events, ensuring smooth operations and a memorable experience for attendees.
Requirements:
  • Marketing and Event Management Skills: High level of marketing and event management skills, with demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cooperatively with the event team to achieve common goals.
  • Passion and Flexibility: Passion for music, nightlife, and staying current with industry trends, as well as exceptional time management skills, ability to work long hours during event days, and flexibility to work occasional weekends.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to problem solve in fast-paced environments.
