Key Responsibilities">

This position is responsible for managing sales, inventory and driving performance of agricultural merchandise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with store management, agronomists and sales teams to provide merchandise support.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and developing pricing strategies.
  • Conducting marketing initiatives to maintain the business's competitive position.
  • Monitoring and analysing market trends, climatic and seasonal considerations.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong technical background with experience in a similar position. You will also demonstrate:

  • Experience within pricing and margin management, as well as sales target achievement through effective category development.
  • Ability to network and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster solid long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exposure to SAP ERP, together with strong MS Excel for reporting.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Forklift and heavy rigid license (desired).
