We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to contribute to our design and engineering consultancy team.

\About the Role\

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates in Engineering (Civil/Structures) or Architectural Engineering to join our Perth team in 2024. You will be working on national projects, developing your technical knowledge and skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Develop facade systems including calculations, analysis, drawings, and specifications.\
  • Evaluate contractor submissions and show drawings.\
  • Conduct facade engineering and buildability consultancy including material knowledge and installation techniques.\
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions.\
  • Liaise with project teams, other disciplines, and clients.\
  • Utilize software packages for designing and engineering solutions.\
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through regular updates.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.\
  • Apply analytical thinking to resolve complex problems.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements.\
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Actively seek feedback from supervisors and peers to improve performance.\
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.\
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.\
  • Support senior staff members in leading projects and mentoring junior team members.\\/ul\[h3]Requirements[/h3]\

You must be a recent graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structures) or Architectural Engineering with full work rights for Australia.
