Manufacturing Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to support our operations in Melbourne. As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing assembly processes, resolving complex customer-specific problems, and ensuring process designs achieve highest efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide shop floor support in complex manufacturing environments
  • Assist in evaluating or creating new stencil designs and/or placement programs for surface mount technology
  • Create and maintain machine programs under guidance of the engineering department
  • Support product engineering and development teams

Requirements:
