About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to the well-being of older Australians and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Our organization is a leading provider of home care services, committed to delivering high-quality support to our clients.

Due to growth, we are currently seeking an experienced physiotherapist to provide evidence-based assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and intervention to enable clients to remain living at home with dignity and independence.
  • Promote functional ability and prevent deterioration through tailored exercise programs and goal-oriented interventions.
Requirements:
  • A Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing physiotherapy needs and developing individualized programs for aged care clients within the community.
  • Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and well-being frameworks, including reablement and restorative care models.
  • Able to operate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and work independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, with a willingness to utilise required software to facilitate remote work.
  • Commitment to understanding and upholding our organizational values, actively promoting them through professional interactions.
  • Hold a current first aid certificate or demonstrate a willingness to obtain one.
  • Possess a valid unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
