Your Role
As a Care Service Employee, you will enable individuals to live well by showing loving care in all that you do. You will develop genuine connections and make a meaningful difference that supports the wellbeing of each resident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with residents to achieve their goals by assisting with the implementation of their individual care plans.
  • Demonstrate kindness and respect for the resident's dignity as you assist with personal and daily care, and activities of interest to the individual.
  • Encourage individual choice through an appreciation and understanding of the things that matter to your residents and their families.
  • Provide regular feedback to your supervisor or manager on the resident's progress, new requests, changes, or any concerns.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care Work or undertaking Undergraduate Registered Nurse training.
