About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical, financial, hospitality, administration, maintenance and lifestyle operations.

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to ensure high standards of care and quality of life for residents and clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of clinical carers, providing guidance and support to achieve organisational goals.
  • Monitor and improve accreditation compliance, funding & regulatory requirements and other critical aspects of our facility's operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Operations: Manage the delivery of high-quality clinical services to residents and clients.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our facility, ensuring effective budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Human Resources: Lead and mentor a team of clinical carers, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintenance and Lifestyle Operations: Ensure the maintenance of facilities, provision of amenities, and delivery of lifestyle programs that enhance the lives of residents and clients.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, demonstrating your expertise in healthcare.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a clinical care workforce in the aged care industry, showcasing your leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of accreditation systems and funding & regulatory requirements for aged care facilities, ensuring you can navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • A current driver's licence and ability to obtain a national police certificate, facilitating travel and meeting organisational needs.
