The Role:
  • Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will handle day-to-day operational requirements and all aspects of employee management.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues while driving continuous improvement.
  • Monitor clinic safety, compliance, and adherence to standards.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
  • Oversee rosters, inventory to support efficient clinic operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a patient-focused culture.
  • Facilitate team meetings, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Regional and National Managers and key stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • A passion for people and a personable approach.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using clinical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and needs.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicare billing processes (desirable).
