Job Title: Capital Works AdministratorAbout this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide administrative, project management, financial support and reporting to our industrial team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the property industry, excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial Administration:
    - Process invoices, purchase orders and expense reports;
    - Respond to vendor invoicing and queries;
  • Project Management Support:
    - Assist with day-to-day project support and administration;
    - Handle securities and contracts;
    - Assist in onboarding and managing vendors;

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant experience in administration, including budgeting and financial management;
  • Ability to work harmoniously with internal/external stakeholders and all business levels;
  • Preferred exposure to construction contracts and legal documents;
  • Proven ability to identify, develop and implement process improvements;
  • Strong computer literacy with preferred experience using Yardi or similar software;
