Partnerships Specialist Role

The role involves building and maintaining relationships with employers, job seekers, and referral partners across the region. This entails guiding customers through service access, identifying employment opportunities, and developing tailored services that promote customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand networks to increase referrals and support diversity initiatives within employers.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships.
  • Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Analyse labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the local leadership team to coach teams to strengthen engagement and improve outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.

You are a passionate professional with a mix of empathy, energy, and professionalism. Whether you're networking with employers or supporting a customer through their employment journey, you're driven by purpose and results.

Essential Criteria:
  • Experience in employment services, recruitment, or community engagement.
  • Strong local networks and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability across diverse audiences.
  • Solid admin skills and familiarity with CRM/ESS systems.
  • Passion for inclusion and empowering others through employment.
  • Current Driver's License - essential.
