Key Responsibilities:- Expand networks to increase referrals and support diversity initiatives within employers.
- Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships.
- Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
- Analyse labour market trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the local leadership team to coach teams to strengthen engagement and improve outcomes.
- Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
You are a passionate professional with a mix of empathy, energy, and professionalism. Whether you're networking with employers or supporting a customer through their employment journey, you're driven by purpose and results.
Essential Criteria:- Experience in employment services, recruitment, or community engagement.
- Strong local networks and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and adaptability across diverse audiences.
- Solid admin skills and familiarity with CRM/ESS systems.
- Passion for inclusion and empowering others through employment.
- Current Driver's License - essential.
