About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead a federal government project, focusing on designing and managing cloud solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Architecture: Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage solutions, and resource management.
  • Server Management: Oversee server environments and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Active Directory Administration: Configure and manage Active Directory services, including user accounts and permissions.
  • Cross-Cloud Expertise: Integrate Azure solutions with other cloud platforms, particularly AWS, as needed.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Employ strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Security Best Practices: Implement and uphold security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience with Azure IAAS, VMware, Active Directory, and related server technologies.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to design and manage complex cloud infrastructures.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.
