This is an exceptional opportunity to join Databricks, a leading company in the AU region, as a Big Data Solutions Architect Lead. The role offers a chance to be part of an amazing team that is growing rapidly.

The Big Data Solutions Architect Lead will work closely with Databricks' Consulting and System Integrator (C&SI) partners, teammates, and technical sales teams to develop 'technical champions' within top C&SI Partners. This involves providing enablement on technical matters related to the Databricks product, helping customers achieve tangible data-driven outcomes through the use of the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of customer-facing experience working with external clients or partners across various industry markets. Core strengths in data engineering or data science are essential, along with expertise in at least one of the following areas: Data Engineering technologies, Data Warehousing, or Data Science and Machine Learning technologies.

About the Role:

  • Provide partners with the necessary enablement to assist their clients in evaluating and adopting Databricks, including hands-on Apache Spark programming and integration with the wider cloud ecosystem.
  • Engage with the partner technical community by leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
  • Become a trusted advisor to C&SI partners by sharing expertise in Big Data Analytics, architecture, and design.
