This position leads impactful projects that drive continuous improvement and integrated service delivery in response to community needs and policy reform.

The role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives, working closely with the leadership team to ensure effective changes in policy, legislation, and funding are well-planned, and overseeing and coordinating the branch administration team.

Collaboration with stakeholders is also essential to support policy, research, evaluation, strategic service planning, and branch administration.

About the Team

The Family, Youth and Children's Services Branch is a dynamic and innovative team that supports and improves the lives of children, families, and young people.

The branch provides services and programs, plans for, advocates with, and partners with others to ensure integrated services across birth to 25 years.

The team has five interconnected service units: Children's Services, Connie Benn Centre, Family Services, Service Planning and Development, and Youth and Middle Years Services.
