Compliance and Customer Support Professional

We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Compliance Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is proactive in resolving issues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. They will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
In addition to customer support, the successful candidate will work closely with our Compliance team to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively. This may involve investigating customer queries, resolving issues, and assisting with onboarding processes.
The successful candidate must have Australian Permanent Residency and be available to work full-time with flexibility to work weekends.
Our ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about customer service, technology, and problem-solving. They will have opportunities to learn and adapt to new environments quickly and will be proficient in Google and Microsoft suites.
