As a senior account executive, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market clients. Your expertise will guide them through their risk management and risk transfer needs, ensuring they receive tailored support and advice.

  • Manage an existing portfolio of mid-market and corporate accounts with a focus on strategic account management.
  • Assist with onboarding new business accounts alongside the CEO.
  • Negotiate effectively with insurers to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Administer client accounts, write reports, provide claims support, and control debtors with precision and care.

We seek a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication skills. Critical thinking abilities are vital in interpreting complex insurance needs and recommending optimal risk transfer solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of general insurance broking experience
  • Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) or willingness to obtain
  • Experience with Office 365, Sunrise, Insight, SCTP, and insurer underwriting portals
  • Proven technical knowledge to advise on a broad range of commercial insurance products
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail
