Casual Sales Assistant

This role involves providing outstanding customer service, working closely with colleagues to achieve store targets and contributing to a positive shopping environment.

About the Role:

As a casual sales assistant, you'll be responsible for helping customers find their perfect fit and ensuring they have an unforgettable shopping experience. You'll work collaboratively with your team to meet store goals, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Work together with your team to smash individual and store sales targets.
  • Help manage inventory to ensure the store is always fully stocked and organised.
  • Assist in setting up store promotions and bringing visual merchandising to life.
  • Keep the store running smoothly by following loss prevention policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Confidence in approaching, connecting with, and selling to customers.
  • Integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way.
