We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to join our team as a Farmland Investment Analyst in the Southern Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of farmland investments, including new acquisitions and value-add development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day asset management and portfolio management
  • Financial reporting and commodity marketing
  • Farm mapping and maintenance of farm data and records
  • WH&S compliance and ESG initiatives
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Investment, and/or Management
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in Agribusiness Management, Asset Management, or Investment Management
  • Background or experience in Horticulture, Viticulture, Irrigated and Dryland Cropping industries
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications
  • Financial modelling skills and desire to build competency
  • Basic understanding of property valuation, farm budgeting, mapping, agronomic systems, and the rural property sector
