About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Consultant to join our team. As an Environmental Consultant, you will be responsible for undertaking site investigation work, building/site inspections, data interpretation and analysis, hazardous materials sampling and identification, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site investigations to assess environmental impacts associated with contaminated sites in correlation with auditors and clients.
- Perform building/site inspections and compile registers as required.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify potential environmental hazards.
- Sampling, identification and analysis of hazardous materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.
- Develop high-quality proposals and deliverables that meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or related field.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to engage with clients and other key stakeholders directly.
- Holds a current Victorian driver's license.
- Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
