Role Overview

As a Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with colleagues from around the world to create solutions for leading companies.

You will be part of a cross-functional team comprised of Digital Strategists, Digital Architects, human-centred designers, and industry SMEs.

The team provides advisory services to clients, working on various types of client engagements to solve complex digital problems and design end-to-end solutions.

The goal is to deliver value to the business by ensuring technology solutions are well-designed and executed.

No two engagements or clients are the same, but a typical engagement could include:

  • Conducting client workshops to elicit business requirements
  • Documenting user stories, process mapping, and working with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Technical Architects
  • Taking ownership of project initiatives from Discovery through to Delivery

Mandatory Skills:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience as a Functional Consultant/Salesforce Consultant
  • Healthcare and/or aged care industry experience
  • Salesforce Health Cloud experience and accreditation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent technical background with strong computer skills
  • Ability to take business and technical concepts and transform them into understandable artefacts
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Demonstrate experience and passion for new technologies and industry trends
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
  • Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning product backlogs
  • Designing detailed to-be process maps
  • Presenting desired future state solution roadmaps
  • Ensuring project deliverables are submitted in a timely manner
  • Participating in engagement planning, dependency identification, and management
  • Providing knowledge transfers/handovers to Salesforce delivery teams
  • Supporting architects with Salesforce solutioning and documentation
  • Influencing management decisions across organisational boundaries
  • Maintaining Salesforce ecosystem knowledge
