Product Designer

is responsible for shaping product strategy, championing user needs and growing their career in a dynamic startup environment. Key responsibilities include leading product discovery and design processes to drive solution delivery and product development.

They will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Owners on strategy and discovery, work alongside the UI/UX Team to maintain design consistency and elevate the overall design system.

Product Designers manage end-to-end design processes from user research and ideation to prototyping and implementation. They deliver customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that solve complex user problems.

Responsibilities also include conducting user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing to gather insights for informed design decisions. Design specifications, interaction flows and recommendations are communicated clearly across all stakeholder levels.

Product Designers take ownership of specific product areas and user journeys, identifying improvement opportunities and enhancing usability across product verticals that have been previously under-serviced.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years experience in UX or Product Design roles
  • Experience in user research and product discovery activities including user interviews, survey design, usability testing, product metric analysis and comparative reviews
  • Experience in solution design activities including wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity design
  • Ability to think tactically and strategically about design problems and business needs
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and ability to defend design decisions using user data

As a successful Product Designer, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
