**Job Title:** Director Venue Operations

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the strategic and operational management of our premier network of sport and recreation venues. As Director Venue Operations, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional experiences across high-performance sport, community engagement, and commercial programming.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring our venues deliver outstanding results. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive capital improvements, manage budgets, and provide visible, hands-on leadership across a dynamic and high-profile precinct.

You will be expected to balance commercial imperatives with community and government priorities, and have a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivering high-quality services in a dynamic environment.
