Exciting Optical Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Assistant to join our team in a boutique optometry practice located in the heart of the city.

About You:

  • Must have solid experience in the optical industry with a strong background in customer service.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Shows kindness, respect, and empathy towards colleagues and customers.
  • Is reliable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in optical dispensing and customer service with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with Optomate is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and professional phone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Great knowledge and interest in eyewear fashion and style.
