Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Optical Dispenser to deliver outstanding customer service and provide expert advice on optical products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our optical stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, and that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and advice, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new releases and trends in the optical industry
- Ensure the optical store is visually appealing and well-organized, showcasing a range of stylish frames and lenses
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and development programs
