About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to lead our elite crew and ensure we're keeping landscapes looking pristine. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring client satisfaction across the board.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the landscape maintenance division and manage a team of talented professionals.
- Oversee a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential clients, ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard.
- Ensure safety and quality protocols are met while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to maximise efficiency.
- Build and maintain client relationships, addressing their needs, and providing top-tier service.
- Work closely with the executive team to improve processes and grow the division.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in landscape maintenance.
- Certificate III in Horticulture (or higher).
- A proven track record of delivering large-scale landscape maintenance projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills—you inspire your team to do their best work.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, costs, and contracts.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and foster a positive, hardworking team culture.
