Landscaper Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Landscaper to join our team at Frontline Recruitment Group. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for building and maintaining outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to ensure project deadlines are met and high customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Equipment Management: Set up, operate, and manage equipment to maintain a well-organized work environment.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Ensure the safe operation of plant equipment, including conducting pre-operational checks and performing essential maintenance.
  • Compliance: Adhere to site-specific safety, environmental, and quality management protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality results consistently by following established standards.
  • Perform various landscaping tasks, including building retaining walls, garden edging, installing fences, drainage, brick and block structures, decks, planting, and mulching.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping construction.
  • Hold a White Card.
  • Be proficient in laser layout.
  • Experience with stone finishes is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience with brick and block structures is essential.
  • Hold a Certificate III in Landscaping.
  • Hold a Driver's license (minimum C Class).
  • Excellent communication skills.
