Environmental Services Assistant Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Environmental Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service skills to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our residences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our residences are cleaned and/or our laundry services are delivered to a high standard in accordance with our values.
  • Liaise with clients, families, and staff to build on ongoing improvement of services for our residents and their representatives.

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form relationships that matter.
