We're looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Cleanliness Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our rooms and shared areas.

About the Role

This is a casual position with potential for additional hours during peak periods. As a Cleanliness Specialist, you'll work independently to ensure that all areas are clean and tidy, replenish supplies, and check appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in rooms and shared areas, adhering to our strict quality standards
  • Replenish supplies, tidy storage areas, and conduct regular checks on appliances to ensure they're functioning properly
  • Safely dispose of waste and report any maintenance needs to the relevant teams
  • Respect guest privacy and protect property at all times
Requirements

To succeed as a Cleanliness Specialist, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping, with a focus on attention to detail and time management
  • The ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
  • A friendly, customer-focused approach, with excellent communication skills
  • Physical fitness and comfort with active work, including lifting and bending
