As an ETS Manager at Clarendon Homes, you will play a critical role in ensuring the profitability of our business while maintaining clear communication and efficient processes throughout the construction journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coding and processing of ETS requests for Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for resolving any on-site issues that arise.
  • Review all approved ETSs each day to ensure that we are not paying for things that we should not.
  • Produce monthly ETS reports and coordinate monthly ETS meetings.
  • Provide advice on where and how we can reduce ETS and coordinate execution of associated actions.
  • Complete audits on material deliveries to ensure suitable Delivery in Full On Time (DIFOT) is maintained by suppliers.
  • Assist with providing training for Site Managers and Construction Area Managers on initiatives to reduce/manage ETS costs.
  • Responsible for ETS performance against agreed targets.
  • Responsible for one direct report, ETS Officer.
Requirements
  • Site Manager (or Trade) and Estimating experience, ideally 2 years or each.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Estimating Software (e.g., IPS, Timberline).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills.
  • A sound knowledge of the construction process and production estimating.
