Key Stakeholder Engagement Role

We are seeking a proactive Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to collaborate with landowners, local communities and key stakeholders in shaping our engagement strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize and attend community and stakeholder engagement events to foster relationships and gather insights
  • Liaise with landowners for property access, including door-knocking to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and manage communications materials, as well as public notifications to keep stakeholders informed
  • Maintain accurate stakeholder databases and tracking tools to support data-driven decision making
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high-quality customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in stakeholder-focused environments with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in community engagement, ideally within telecommunications or infrastructure sectors
  • Confidence working in politically or socially sensitive settings, with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and valid driver's license
