Data Migration Analyst Role

At RLDatix, we're on a mission to transform healthcare delivery worldwide by connecting data and unlocking trusted insights. This enables improved decision-making and helps deliver safer care for all.

We're searching for a Data Migration Analyst to help shape the future of healthcare innovation. In this role, you'll collaborate with clinical and technical audiences in a fast-paced environment to extract key clinical data from previous EHRs and import it into new systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and coworkers
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and clinical audiences
  • Manage multiple projects across various clients
  • Analyse client requirements and implement solutions
  • Perform clinical translations and master working with different clinical elements
  • Follow clients' change control processes and maintain data integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing or supporting Epic, preferably in an analyst role for at least one year
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills
