Clinical Lead for Pediatric Surgical Ward

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care and ward management with an understanding of children-first philosophy.
- Lead a team of nurses to promote culture and standards reflecting NSW Health CORE values.
- Ensure safe and effective practice through continuous quality improvements.
- Effectively manage the ward within allocated resources.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to innovate, be creative and self-directed in clinical practice.
- Ability to set priorities and achieve objectives.
- Understanding and commitment to continuous quality improvement and managing change.
