Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rheumatologist to serve as Medical Director, providing medical leadership and strategic direction to support clinical research programs at Pharmiweb in Rheumatology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical expertise and guidance on clinical trial design, implementation, and interpretation, ensuring high-quality results and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as primary medical liaison with investigators, key opinion leaders, and regulatory authorities, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical study protocols and medical documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Analyze clinical trial data to support decision-making, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with medical monitors and other teams to ensure clinical trial safety and integrity, maintaining the highest standards of quality and ethics.
  • Provide medical input for publications and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


Your Profile

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in rheumatology, advanced degree preferred, with a strong track record of medical expertise and leadership.
  • Several years of experience in medical affairs or related field within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry, with a deep understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investigators, key opinion leaders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Commitment to quality and integrity in medical affairs activities, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to travel, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
