Job Title: Parts Interpreter

We are seeking an Apprentice Parts Interpreter to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our service technicians with parts, promotion and sales of products and/or services, handling of parts sales and enquiries, placement of stock orders, providing parts advice, receipting of in-shipments and assistance with delivery to proper inventory locations, assist with the preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays, facilitation of inter-branch transfers of stock, follow up on back orders and stock shortages, and administration and ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our service technicians with parts
  • Promotion and sales of products and/or services
  • Handling of parts sales and enquiries
  • Placement of stock orders
  • Providing parts advice
  • Receipting of in-shipments and assistance with delivery to proper inventory locations
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays
  • Facilitation of inter-branch transfers of stock
  • Follow up on back orders and stock shortages
  • Administration and ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of data entry
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to follow safe work environment procedures and operations
  • Forklift license (not essential)
